Changes to Telephone System Posted or Updated on 26 Feb 2024

From 21st February 2024, when contacting the surgery, a message will advise where you are in the call queue.

If you do not wish to hold while your call is answered you can now request a ring back from the surgery.

Please listen to the message and follow the instructions and one of our receptionists will call you back.

You will only be contacted once so please make sure you are available to answer the phone.
