If you need help when we are closed
To contact a doctor when the surgery is closed, telephone 01709 830730. You will then be requested to hang up and dial 111. NHS 111 deal with the call handling for urgent calls when the surgery is closed.
If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, then please dial 999.
Urgent Care Centre
When the surgery is closed, patients can access the Urgent Care Centre at: The Emergency Care Centre at Rotherham District General Hospital, Moorgate Road, Rotherham. The centre is open seven days a week (Monday to Sunday) and Bank Holidays. This in only for emergency care and patients will be triaged and advised where to access the correct care if not deemed an emergency.
