Leaving the armed forces can be a daunting process to undertake. Understanding what options, you have and what actions you can take will help make your transition from military healthcare to civilian healthcare as smooth as possible.

Shakespeare Road Health Centre is an accredited veteran friendly GP practice.

This means that, as part of the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have  dedicated staff members who has specialist knowledge of military related health conditions and veteran specific health services.
